Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 20% booking fee of your total treatment cost is required prior to booking an appointment.
The Booking fee is non-refundable and only transferable once with 48 hours' notice.
After rearranging an appointment once, a new booking fee will be required to secure a new date.
If an appointment is cancelled on the day of your scheduled appointment time, there will be a 50% charge and a new booking fee will be required before any further appointment can be made.
Please make sure you plan your trip ahead to avoid being late for your appointment, as I run a very tight schedule it you are more than 10 minutes late, your deposit will be lost, and the appointment will not be able to go ahead as lateness has a knock-on effect on the day ahead.
Please attend your appointment alone as I cannot accommodate more than one person in the clinic whilst working.
