Arnica cream may be applied if bruising occurs.

Avoid taking blood-thinning medications or supplements for 2 weeks post-treatment.

Do not consume alcohol for at least 7 days after your session.

Avoid swimming for 24 hours post-treatment.

A cold compress may be used to reduce swelling, although any swelling is typically minimal.

Saunas and steam rooms are safe and even encouraged after treatment, as heat can help accelerate fat breakdown.

Sweating is beneficial post-treatment – light exercise or sauna use can support results.

Stay well-hydrated: Aim to drink 2 to 2.5 litres of water daily for the next 7 days to help flush out dissolved fat via the liver and lymphatic system.

Limit caffeine intake during the first 7 days. If consumed, follow each caffeinated drink with a full glass of water.

Follow a low-fat, low-carbohydrate diet for 7 days, and strictly avoid carbohydrates after 7 PM for optimal results.

Remember: Diet plays a key role in treatment effectiveness. Poor food choices may lead to fat cell retention or new fat formation.
